Our Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping Costs

  • UK returns: Free returns using our prepaid label
  • International returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Faulty or incorrect items: We cover all return shipping costs

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you prefer.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
