 Processing time

 Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders are not normally dispatched on weekends or UK bank holidays. During particularly busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times

 Delivery estimates below begin once your order has been dispatched:

• UK: 3–5 business days. Delivery is free on orders over £50. Charges for orders under £50 are shown at checkout.

 • Europe: approximately 5–7 business days. Available rates are shown at checkout.

 • Other international destinations: approximately 7–14 business days, where delivery is available. Rates are shown at checkout.

 These times are estimates and may be affected by courier or customs delays beyond our control.

 Dispatch confirmation and tracking

 You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing tracking information where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking details to become active.

 Customs, duties and taxes

Any delivery charges, duties or taxes collected at checkout will be shown before you complete your purchase. Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may also be subject to local import duties or taxes that were not collected at checkout. Any such additional charges are the customer’s responsibility and are determined by the destination country’s customs authority.

Damaged, missing or incorrect orders

 If your order arrives damaged, is incomplete or contains an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at equuxsilver@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so that we can investigate and put things right.

Please retain the product and all packaging while we investigate the issue. Equux Silver will contact the delivery carrier where necessary.
